How do I research unreceived POs?

I am an integration customer and SPS is integrated with a third party provider (B2BGateway).  The last POs I received from my trading partner Reinhart were Tuesday afternoon 7/16/19.  Since then I have two POs that are missing that I know of:

In addition, invoices I have sent for the past 4 days have not received a 997 accepted status.  

I have put a ticket in through B2B Gateway and I have sent an email to support and received case number 04857832.  

What else can I do to find out what is happening with my Reinhart documents?
