how do I reject a PO from Fastenal?

I have a PO from Fastenal but they're going send a revised PO to pick it up instead of us shipping it. How do I reject the PO?

Valerie,

You should not need to do anything. When the new PO comes in it will look like a new one, though you will see both the new and old on in your account. You can archive the first one. This will remove it from your inbox so that you only see the new one. Check out this video that walks through this process!
