How do I obtain 997As if our customer did not receive them?

Kroger has stated that they did not receive the 997A forms but it maybe due to them converting systems. I need to find a way to obtain these so that we can get unpaid invoices paid.

Hi Kelvin,

That is a great question! There are quite a few reasons why they may not have gotten it. It is possible that the never made it to our system, they just can't find the 997 in their system, or there was a glitch somewhere.

If this is a recurring issue where you need to provide 997 data to them a lot, we can set you up with Ad Hoc reporting according to your username. You can just contact us and advise that you would like to be set up with this capability. That way you can get that information yourself for any document sent or received. I will copy a link below for your reference.

However, if this is a rare occurrence, you can just give us a call at
1-888-739-3232 option 1 and option 1. We can search to make sure it is
there and send you a copy of it.
