HOW DO I ISSUE AN RPA ON A CTC ORDER THAT WAS REVISED

TRYING TO ISSUE AN RPA ON AN ORDER THAT WAS REVISED BY CTC. CAN'T DO IT FROM THE ORIGINAL ORDER NOR THE REVISED ORDER. IT SEEMS AS IF i HAVE TO ACCEPT THE CHANGE SOMEWHERE..

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us at the SPS Support Center. 

Once you have worked with CTC and revised the RPA, you will need to contact us here at SPS.  We then reset the original PO and that gives you the ability to recreate and resend the RPA document. You can do this by: posting it here, emailing it in to niservices@spscommerce.com, or calling us at 1-888-739-3232 option 1 and option 1 again.

If you do email the PO in, please state clearly that CTC has authorized the reset of this PO.

 CTC has very efficient truck routes and to protect those routes, they have restrictions placed on their vendor's ability to resend RPAs. This keeps everything running smoothly for all their vendors, and when changes need to be made, we are able to help quite quickly with those resets.
