Hi. We were instructed by MCX to dispute claim # 140977 through the compliance portal. I don't see any options for claim disputes. Can you please advise on the steps to follow? Thank you.

For this action, they are asking you to go through their website.  We do not facilitate claim disputes between trading partners.  If you need any information on the transmission of documents or delivery status, we can provide that and assist you in the gathering of information.

The actual compliance portal is owned and run by your trading partner and you will want to log on there and submit the dispute.
