How do I delete earlier copies of an order sent by an account so that only the latest is on the list?

Hi Shari,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center! In WebForms, you can "Archive" documents so that they are hidden from your account. If you wish to Archive an older version of an order, you can check the box to the left of the order, then go to the "Select an Action" menu at the bottom and choose "Archive." Archived documents are still searchable by choosing "Archived" in Status on the Advanced Search screen.
