How do create a view in Sps to find any orders for a customer that still need their ASN?

Good afternoon Brandon,

Thank you for posting to the Support Center!

Unfortunately there is no way to sort by Purchase Orders that have not had an Advanced Ship Notice sent off of them. However, there are two alternatives that may help you in this process. The first alternative is:
  1. Label feature - this feature allows users to manually type in a 'label' for each document in their account. So for example you could add a label for each order to show that you have sent an ASN off of it and then sort your documents by the Label column by clicking on that column. If you do not see that Label column (typically next to the date and ID columns) please reach out and I can walk you through setting that up.
  2. The second option is our Related Documents Feature - to access this all that you need to do is find your purchase order and click on the blue 'related documents' icon next to the orange 'next steps' arrow. Once you click that, it will enable you to view all of the documents sent off of that specific order.
