Hello Tristyn,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

If you are working in the Classic WebForms product, you can start in your Inbox:

On the left-hand-side menu in WebForms, there is an option for "New Document." Once you click this option, you will get to choose your trading partner and document type. The next prompt will ask you to select "Source" documents. This is where you can select any POs you'd like to include in your Routing Request. Once you've selected your POs, your document will be created, and you can fill out any remaining necessary information, and send.

If you are working in the new Fulfillment platform, you can start on either your Transactions or Overview Tabs:

To begin on your Overview tab, you can click on the "Create New" button in the upper right hand corner. It will ask you which trading partner you want to create a document for, and then what type of document--you can select the Routing Request. The next screen will give you a list of POs to choose from to add to your Request. Once you've chosen your POs, your Request will be created and you can fill in the details!
To begin in your Transactions tab, you can use your search function to find any specific POs you'd like to use. You can use the check-box to the left of each document name to select them, and then, to the right of your search bar, you can use the "Actions" button to choose "Create New." Then you will be able to select trading partner/document type, and the process will be the same as usual from there.

If you have any further questions, or would like to have an analyst help walk through this process, please feel free to contact us at (888) 739-3232, Option 1, Option 1.

Thank you,
Allie Lawler
