how can I delete or update a contact in our company's retail universe, as they are no longer with our company?

Hi Julie,

I just heard back from the product management team.  This functionality currently does not exist in Retail Universe.  The development team is working on this for our current development sprint and should be ready in two weeks.  Stay tuned for more details.
