on 12/14 I sent a Home Depot ASN, but I received a message stating the ASN transaction was rejected. Can you advise the reason for ASN rejection? I have uploaded a screenshot of the message stating the ASN rejection.


How do I "CORRECT AND RETRANSMIT THE RECTED ASN IMMEDIATLEY UTILIZING THE SAME ASN IDENTIFIER (BSN02"?

Hello Carlos,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center.

Per the bottom of that notice, Home Depot writes: "The ship date in DTM02 is an invalid date. The format should be CCYYMMDD and it should be the actual ship date." They are letting you know that the date you sent needs to be in YYYYMMDD format (example 20161215), and needs to match the date you shipped your merchandise. They are asking you to re-send with the same ASN number with the date corrected.
