There is currently an issue right now with Sourcing (Retail Universe) where confirmation e-mails are not being sent prompting customers to sign in. I will create a case for you so we can continue to work together on this as well as update you to when this issue gets resolved.

I'm experiencing the same problems as Emmy. I've tried to sign-up multiple times, but there is no confirmation being sent to my e-mail.
