Hi- Inventory error

Hi- I am having trouble sending the inventory I have it saved as Template I am getting an error "if you send Quantity on Order you must send Replacement effective date. What is this and where does it go?

Hi Joanne,

Thank you for contacting the SPS Commerce Support Center!  After signing into your account I see that you have found the "Replacement Effect Date" error.  Do you have any further questions regarding that?

While looking at newer drafts I noticed that you may be having issues with that "Inquiry/Advise Number".  Currently "12/23/15" is inputted into that field.  Unfortunately, that will cause an issue as that field only accepted Alpha characters and/or numbers. Once you have that field filled out correctly feel free to send the document!
