Hello Samatha,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

For an SPS WebForms account, you can update your item repository in the "Preferences" tab inside WebForms Fulfillment. You can click on "Edit" next to the item repository option, and that will take you to the repository, where you can view current items, edit, add, and delete items. You can also download an item template using the "Download" button, either as a .xls file or .csv file, both of which are compatible with Microsoft Excel.

For any trading partners that you send an Inventory Advice document to using your WebForms, the items for that documents will source from your item repository.

Thank you,

I was able to add the items to the Item Repository but when I went to send the actual "Inventory Advice" none of the items populated. I am not sure why because the box is checked that says "Use Item Repository" so I assume that means it should pull those products from it.

Hi Samantha,

It sounds like there may be something not working properly within your WebForms. For direct troubleshooting, we would recommend speaking to one of our support agents at (888) 739-3232, Option 1, Option 1. This way, we can speak specifically about your account.

Thank you,
