Hi, at what stage will the email links we receive for each PO raised by our customers actually take us to the new portal platform?

Each email link we receive still takes us to the old site which is now not operational. it's becoming frustrating given I was told this issue was to be resolved by now??

Further more when I try to access the new portal from our desktop it just 'thinks' but never gets to the page (it did work initially but not now!), so we have to access from a lap top.

It does take a little bit of time for things to transition over, but you should be directed to the correct website at this time! We also recommend bookmarking the URL for our Fulfillment platform so that you will not need to rely on emails, just in case. the URL for Fulfillment is https://commerce.spscommerce.com
