Hello, The customer can see the remittance which has been submitted in SPS. Why am unable to see it?

Customer has provided remittance information for a payment. They can see it in the SPS system and I can't. Why can't I see the remittance for Bed Bath Beyond check# 369007?

Thank you for contacting SPS Commerce - Support Center.   I have the ability to track documents as they enter and flow through our system.    However, I need a little further information on this issue.   What is the name of your company?  Do you normally receive the remittance documents in your Webforms portal?  When did Bed Bath and Beyond send this document?   Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you!
