Hello, our customer is requesting an update of some orders to their system through EDI. How can I do it? or How can I check the current status of those orders? and give a correct answer to its request. Thank you

Thank you for posting, Ana!  Can I ask which Trading Partner is requesting this?  Are you using the WebForms portal?

This customer is Newegg and about if I am using the WebForms portal, I think so. This is my first time working on this so I am not familiar with it.

I appreciate your attention. My apologies because I did not respond sooner, I was in my lunch time.

Thank you for the response.  The apology lies on my end as we had a all-team meeting yesterday that took up the better half of my day.  Do you happen to have an email or any communication from your Trading Partner?  I was hoping that knowing the Trading Partner would help clarify the question, however I am not familiar with any nuances with Newegg and updating the PO. 

If you do have an email, if you could forward it along to niservices@spscommerce.com, and put "Attention: Jordan" in the subject line, I will gladly dig deeper.
