Having Trouble Accepting PO Changes

I am having trouble accepting the PO changes for PO # 05622529. When I go to accept it, it says the action is failed and does not give me a reason why

It appears the reason you are unable to accept the changes is due to the PO still being in a status of 'New'. You must first click into the PO before you can accept the PO Change. Please open the PO and then accept the PO Change after. Always make sure to open documents in the order they were received, thank you for using Support Center!
