Having issue with FulFillment - getting SPS Commerce site is not responding.

Experiencing issue with connection to SPS FulFillment Web Link.  Getting "SPS Commerce site is not responding" or really slow response when trying to enter data to create a Credit Invoice.

Also same with entering in a 856 ASN.  It may be my Internet setup.  Is there a document that helps with what the setting should be.

Without seeing what is occurring, I would not have a great resource to provide you. I would recommend calling into our Support Line at 888-739-3232 option 1 option 1 and an analyst can assist you with this issue to determine the cause.
