Hardwire ship-to addresses and quantities per carton.
In order to reduce the amount of data entry required at the ASN and invoice level, it would be great to be able to set up default ship-to addresses and quantity per carton data to avoid repeated data entry while reducing the number of potential data entry errors.

Good afternoon Rammie,

I believe we have a solution in place that will respond to your needs: Setup Lookups, which is accessible within the Defaults.

Feel free to take a look at this video on Defaults/Setup Lookups for more info.

In your case, you will likely want to create lookups with the Ship To address info based on the Location ID...

...and the Quantity per Carton based on the UPC.

Let us know if this does not respond to your issue!

Hey Bryan,

That looks just like what the doctor ordered! I'll give it a go and let you know.

Thanks!

Hi again Bryan,

Looks great! You've saved us a lot of hassle. One last question, can equations be used in any of the Lookup fields? For example, if I want to multiply the tax rate by the order subtotal in order to fill the tax amount, is that possible?

Either way, thanks again for the great tip!

Hi Rammie,

I'm glad that the Lookup Defaults have proved useful for you!

It is not currently possible to enter equations into the Lookup Defaults, unfortunately. However, I will share your feedback with our product management team, who will determine whether this could be part of a future WebForms enhancement.

For now, feel free to take a look at this post, which presents a similar idea, and is currently under consideration.
