GSI ASN not sent

On Tuesday, we sent ASN 1488 for GSI PO 31704752.  This is still in bold; GSI has not gotten this document.  We are unable to create a new ASN to replace this.

Can you push this thru or open up the document so we can resend?

Thank you for contacting the Support Center! I have looked into this PO and it seems to be related to a isolated incident we were experiencing around the time your ASN was being sent. I have noticed an issue with it, however. You can find this ASN in your drafts folder. Open it up to edit it and you will notice that you will need to input a current schedule delivery date. After you include this date please go ahead and send your document.
