How do I create a GS1-128 label for a pallet with multiple SKUs on 1 pallet?  The SKUs are not mixed within cartons but the SKUs will vary per carton on each pallet.

Hello Stephanie,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

That will depend on how your buyer has their forms and labels set up in their specifications. Some buyers will have only pallets on their ASN, meaning only pallet labels will be created. If this is the case, you can add any items you'd like to a pallet level in your "Order" tab and all different items in that pallet will show on the pallet label, even if there are multiple different items.

Some buyers will have both a pallet level and carton (or pack) level on their ASN. If this is the case, there will usually be a pallet label with multiple carton labels. The pallet label will include all cartons, and then the carton labels will include all the items within each carton. We set the labels up based on how the retailer requires them in their specifications.

If you'd like to have a support agent go through the specifications for your specific buyer, I would recommend giving us a call at (888) 739-3232, Option 1, Option 1. We will be able to get logged into your account with you to go through an ASN and help advise with your specific situation.

Thank you,
