SPS Commerce now has a build available for GP 2013. The EDI information and setup from GP 2010 transfers directly into GP 2013 and only requires a 'table update' of the EDI tables once.  The GP 2013 build has take steps to eliminate the GP modified windows which caused service pack update issues (GP service packs) and at times resulted in outdated forms to be in use in GP.  A unified effort has been made to take the EDI information and place it on its own window and make that window consistently accessible through the 'Additional' menu on the current GP window.

The orphan file issue has been addressed and additional exception logic has been added to eliminate the 'Object Not Found' errors that current GP 2010 customers see.

Another update for 2013 is the use of Sales Allowance Codes (SAC).  There is now a setting on the EDI customer window that will allow the user to define if the SAC codes should all be used (no list needed), never used, or use the current list as an acceptance or rejection list.

You can tell which version of SPS for GP you are using by selecting the GP Help About window which when opened, the SPS for GP version is in a window behind the GP version information and can be brought up by closing the GP about window.

There is also an updated version of the GP 210 dictionary that resolves many of these issues as well with the exception of the new windows which is only available on GP 2013 version.
