Dear Fidelitone Trading Partner,
Fidelitone has a new FTP/SFTP service that includes the redundancy necessary to provide high availability (HA) service. The new FTP/SFTP service addresses feedback provided from vendors regarding our current FTP/SFTP service. For example, the archive folder will be available again.
Below are the details needed for this change:
FTP PUT: /FROM
FTP GET: /TO
URL: vftp.fidelitone.com (Yes, URL for SFTP is same as FTP, just a different port)
FTP PUT: /FROM/CURRENT
FTP GET: /TO/CURRENT
Archived File Directories
FTP PUT: /FROM/CURRENT/ARCHIVE
FTP GET: /TO/CURRENT/ARCHIVE
There has been no change to your account ID, however you will have a new password
1. Please review this upcoming Fidelitone change with those responsible for maintaining your FTP and SFTP processing and communication scripts.
2. For security reasons, Fidelitone is doing IP filtering. We need to know the IP address of your server(s) that originates the (s)ftp session. Also, for any vendors doing IP filtering, please open the following IP’s on your firewall, 126.96.36.199 and 188.8.131.52.
3. Please notify the Fidelitone EDI Admin, at Ediadmin@fidelitone.com to coordinate a date and time for making the change on your system. We need to work together to ensure there are successful communication sessions both inbound and outbound.
