Finding out who represents us at SPS Commerce

Our Customer Rep is no longer employed at SPS, and we have no one as contact information:

What is our contact person's name?
What is their phone number?
What is their Email Address?

I need this person to help me with Test and Production Data Qualifiers.

I understand your frustration.  We spent nearly half a day trying to speak to someone.  
The phone numbers that are available go to either voice prompt hell, or a voicemail that appears to be listened to on an annual basis, and all phone numbers are connected to this voicemail.  We have never gotten hold of a real person, and call backs are very rare.

Wish I could be more assistance.

Well, at least we have solidarity in the community!

I finally just jumped on the online chat, there someone gave me two names: an account executive and a...nother person who didn't have a job title, but allegedly he's also linked to our account.  I have voice mails with both of them, I think the next step is to bombard the ol' emails.
