Thank you for posting to the SPS Commerce Support Center!

I have looked at PO # 1441914, the ASN created off of it, and the invoice as well, but there is nothing that sticks out as to why you would have received a chargeback.

Essentially, SPS Commerce is simply the middleman between you and your business partner, we transfer the data in the forms to and from you and your business partner.  We do know what portions need to be filled out and have some information as to the formatting (this is what is checked by our system when you attempt to send a document), but we don't have much information beyond that.

In order to understand exactly why you received this chargeback you would need to contact MCX and ask them what the chargeback was for.  If there is anything else we can help you with please feel free to reach out to us again.
