Error Message in Webforms

We have 42 FASTENAL Invoices that have received Error Messages that they are duplicates. They Invoices are all New and Unique numbers that have not been used before. We have had this problem before with Fastenal's Account. Can you please correct this problem? Thank you, Melissa

Hey Melissa,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center! I have tracked out one of the invoices that you received and found that it only left our system once. I believe I worked with Fastenal on this issue with you in the past and found that the invoices were reloaded in Fastenal's system which causes this error message to generate. I will definitely follow up with them regarding this set of error messages and copy you on the e-mail.
