We just received six error messages for Invoices that were submitted on 12/6/2013. It says that the invoices were duplicate submissions. However, we researched the Invoice numbers and customer purchase orders and only show submitting each invoice once. Can you explain why this would happen and how we can correct the problem. Thank you, Melissa

Thanks for posting in the support center! I am also finding that these invoices were only submitted once through your WebForms account. I will follow up with you in an outside e-mail regarding the status of these invoices.
