Error in Item number

Vitamin Shoppe has now converted their item numbers to reflect our new item numbers. It looks like they may have listed their item number twice...Their item 1787399 is our item 1042929. It is listed as their item being 1787399 and our item being 1787399. I prepared a pallet label and have scratched out the wrong item and wrote in the correct item. I am hopeful they can correct this.

Good afternoon, Lynn! Thanks for bringing up your question on the Support Center. If this information is coming across on the Purchase Order, you will want to contact your Buyer at Vitamin Shoppe so they can get the items corrected and updated in their system as SPS Commerce doesn't store those numbers.
