Hello,

This is an error that comes up at times with Internet Explorer.  There are a couple of options to resolve this.

My first recommendation is to use FireFox for your browser.  If you have it on your computer, this is our most stable browser and runs very well once you enable the java plug-ins.  If you do not have it on your computer, you can download it for free.

If you have FireFox up and running, but the forms are not loading, you will need to enable the java plug-ins by clicking on the red brick on the upper left hand corner and choosing "allow and remember" for each of the plug-ins.  There are usually either two or three.  It will depend on the computer.  After you do that, try to load the document again, check to see if the brick is still red or if it is grey.  If it is read, allow and remember the final plug-in and then load the document again.  Once the brick is grey, the browser will ask you if you want to run java.  Click the box that says: do not show this again, and then click on run.  This will pop up for each of the plug-ins (so 2-3 times).  After that, your form should load and you should have no problems after that.

If you need assistance with any of those steps, you can call the Support Team and they can help you with any of the above steps.

If you are unable to work with FireFox, you will need to call the Support Team so they can take a look at the error and determine what needs to be done to fix it.  There will be a setting on your computer that will need to be changed, however, they will not be able to determine that until they take a look at the details.

Thank you,
