Error on page for printing UCC-128 labels.

Good morning, I am having trouble with printing my UCC-128 labels for my shipment. I am using Firefox on a PC.

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

I looked into your account to try to determine what may be going on here and I see that all of your connections are still being owned by a dedicated implementation analyst.

So, there could be a few things going on here. One is that the label part of the new connection is not completed and you will need to reach out to your implementation analyst to determine that.  Another is that the labels are not being generated because they the ASN is not being packed correctly and the computer does not know how to create the labels with the input it is getting.  Finally, there could be something that the implementation analyst will need to correct and resolve before the labels can load up.

I would advise reaching out to your implementation analyst and they will be able to resolve the issue for you quite quickly.   If you are not sure who that is, please call our Support Team and they will be able to connect you right away.
