I would recommend clearing your TIFs from your internet browser, cookies and a cache accumulate in your browser and will cause your Fulfillment portal to malfunction. I will post instruction on how to clear your TIFs for a variety of internet browsers.
To do this in Chrome: Use CTRL + H Clear Browsing Data- Make sure the first 4 are checked Reload your browser and log back in
To do this in Internet Explorer: Click on the gear (Tools) in the upper right corner Click on Internet Options Click Delete - Make sure the first 4 are checked Click OK Reload your browser and log back in
To do this in Firefox: CTRL + SHIFT + DEL Make sure the first 4 are checked Click Clear Now
