Error in ASN

I am receiving the error message--If [AddressAlternateName2} has data the [AddressAlternateName] is mandatory...when we submit the ASN to SPS..

What needs to be corrected to eliminate this error??

Hello,

I'm so sorry for the late reply to this post.  I looked into this issue and I see that you are still working with your dedicated implementation analyst to set up this connection.

I see that when you were sending the AlternateAddress2 field it was triggering a conditional rule in the system and was creating the error.  I'm glad your implementation analyst was able to help you resolve the issue.  It is always a best practice to reach out to them directly when errors occur during the implementation process so they can be resolved as quickly as possible.
