Why am I unable to accept my POC?

I have a change I need to accept, however, when I do I get a "Fail". I need the updated PO for invoicing. How can I retrieve the new PO?

Thank you so much for your post!  There are a few different reasons you may be experiencing these issues with the purchase order change.  Would you mind providing me the order number you are working with?  That way I can take a look at the document and determine why you are unable to accept the change.  Please let me know if you have any questions!

Hi Erin,

It appears there are two change orders associated with that purchase order.  You may be receiving the failed message because of the order in which you are accepting the changes.  You will want to accept or reject the change order from December 16 first.  Once this is complete, you will want to accept or reject the December 17 order.  Accepting the changes in this order should not give you a failed message.  Please let me know if you have any questions!
