Hello, we cancelled our service in February. I received a confirmation email saying that it had been done but that we would continue to be billed through July. I have emailed several times to attempt to get a simple explanation as to why the billing would continue through July and have not received a reply. I have not had a good experience through this process and the customer service experience has been poor. I am hoping to have this issue resolved this week. Can anyone please look into our account and provide some clarification?
