Enabling Java in Firefox

When updating or downloading a new version of Java, oftentimes we are prompted to allow Java to run once more.  This guide is specific to Firefox and also assumes that Java has been correctly downloaded on your computer.  If you have recently updated Java and have not performed the troubleshooting steps here and the below does not work, please try to uninstall completely and reinstall Java.


1. After clicking a document and receiving "Please wait...your form is loading," please check the upper left hand side of the screen for the red lego block shown below:



2. Please click on the red lego block and ensure that all Java-related options are set to "Allow and Remember" as shown below.  You will then want to click OK:



3. Once you have done so, refresh your Inbox and attempt to load a form once more.  You should now be able to load a form.
