1. After clicking a document and receiving "Please wait...your form is loading," please check the upper right hand side of the screen for the battery with a red X, shown below:
2. Please click on the battery and ensure that Plug-ins are set to "Always allow plug-ins on portal.hosted-commerce.net" Next, select Done. This is shown below:
3. Once you have done so, refresh your Inbox and attempt to load a form once more. You should now be able to load a form. The battery may be there until you exit Chrome, but should then be removed.
