Enabling Java in Chrome

When updating or downloading a new version of Java, oftentimes we are prompted to allow Java to run once more.  This guide is specific to Chrome and also assumes that Java has been correctly downloaded on your computer.  If you have recently updated Java and have not performed the troubleshooting steps here and the below does not work, please try to uninstall completely and reinstall Java.


1. After clicking a document and receiving "Please wait...your form is loading," please check the upper right hand side of the screen for the battery with a red X, shown below:



2. Please click on the battery and ensure that Plug-ins are set to "Always allow plug-ins on portal.hosted-commerce.net"  Next, select Done.  This is shown below:



3. Once you have done so, refresh your Inbox and attempt to load a form once more.  You should now be able to load a form.  The battery may be there until you exit Chrome, but should then be removed.
