Email Notification: Remote Host Connectivity Issues

If you have received an email similar to the below template with the subject line "Remote Host Connectivity Issues", SPS cannot currently connect your remote FTP/SFTP server.
 
This most commonly happens when one of the below parameters has changed:
-FTP/SFTP Server host
-Credentials: Username and password
-Directory folder permissions (or attributes)
 
Please work with your internal IT team to determine what those parameters currently are tabled as. Then contact our File Integration Support team via our support line:1-888-739-3232, option 1, option 2.
 
A Customer Support Analyst can then determine if what we have on file for our FTP/SFTP client that would connect to your host, matches your current setup.
 
Additionally, any FTP/SFTP logs showing our IP address trying to connect in the past 24 hours would be highly beneficial.

For security purposes, please do not provide the credentials for accessing your host via email, chat or Fulfillment Messenger to SPS Commerce. We will only accept and convey credentials over the phone for the safety and security of our customers.
