How do I edit a RPA that has already been sent?

Hello Christina,

Thank you for your post!  Unfortunately after a document has been sent it becomes Un-editable in the SPS Commerce system.  If you need to make changes, a new RPA will need to be created. I have included steps below to help you with that.

1. Contact prodflow@cantire.com with the PO number to get their written permission to reset the PO and generate a second RPA.

2. Forward the response from Canadian Tire to niservices@spscommerce.com so that we can reset the PO for you.

3. You will get an automatic case response back from niservices@spscommerce.com and you can take the case number from that and include it in a reply post if you would like. That way I can get the PO reset for you right away!
