editesting email address unresponsive

So Seneca Foods is supposed to start testing & cert with LIDL last week. Wait until Wednesday before we finally understand how the customer wanted us to test, since they didn't tell us and SPS expected us to know.

Wednesday afternoon we finally get the email that testing has begun, but no test document shows as being sent in the portal. I try to email the SPS Consultant and get a bounceback that we're supposed to use editesting@spscommerce.com now instead of the direct email. Ok, fine. I email editesting and get no response. Do the same Thursday and Friday. It's now Monday and I still haven't had a test document sent to me, and I haven't had ANY response from SPS. I assume the consultant I was working with doesn't work for SPS anymore or something, but you'd figure the generic email would be monitored???

This is why I hate when clients require us to do SPS testing. Almost always something goes wrong or sideways.
