EDI partner Target requested the information below.
1. In the event of an outage, does your company have the ability to do large scale resends of EDI messages that may have been missed? Is the resend a simple task?
2. We also are working on plans to notify you when we experience an outage or have an EDI planned outage. During the outages, are you able to hold/queue all EDI messages until the outage is over?
