Easier way to confirm a PO acknowledgement has been sent

I'm wondering if there is away that you could tell at a glance if a PO acknowledgement has been sent. For instance if you are in your inbox maybe there would be a checkmark or something that appears after the PO has been successfully sent. This way you could look at all the orders in your inbox and tell instantly if you missed sending an acknowledgement instead of having to click on the related documents for each order to double check.

Thank you for posting! Currently, the related documents button will provide the best insight into this. Another idea would be to utilize the Label column on your WebForms page. Once you completed a PO acknowledgement for a particular order, you could make a note to yourself in this column. This would help reduce the amount of time taken by negating the need to check each order repeatedly.

I am happy to inform you that the functionality you have proposed, is being implemented into our new WebForms product to be released in the Spring of 2016.
