BBB re-transmitting POs due to incorrect style numbers on current POs...what needs to be done in webforms/integration to address current POs? anything?

Good Morning Amanda,

In regards to those new orders, nothing should need to be done.  If you would like to help avoid confusion in your WebForms account, you can archive the old version of the orders.  This will help make sure that no return documents are sent from the old order, but is not necessary in order to work with the new one.  To do this follow the steps below:

  1. Find the order
  2. Place a check mark in the 'Status' column
  3. Go down to the 'Select an Action' menu
  4. Choose 'Archive'
**Note: You can unarchive a document if needed.  This just sort of 'hides' it in your account.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions.  Have a great weekend!
