Hello this Daily from Bernard Cap, I received two charge backs on the same PO#1374696 for the same issue, i spoke to someone in landair and they told me to dispute thru here, please let me know what to do about this. thank you!

Thank you for posting to the Support Center!

I looked into your question and you received the charge back because two ASNs were sent for the same PO.  Retailers expect one ASN per shipment and when they receive two there is some confusion over which one to use at times.  To avoid this confusion over the shipment, they will issue charge backs when this happens.

In terms of disputing it through SPS, we can supply information as to data flow and timelines of transmission, but we do not usually get involved with charge back disputes as that is between you and your trading partner.
