Regular Grainger orders may container over 10 lines items per order. We receive 10-12 Grainger orders at a time. There has to be a simpler way to do the POA rather than line by line. It is rare that we would ever have a back order, so why not offer the ability to do entire order at one time.

Hi Rita!

In order to have the POA source in all of the items as acknowledged, rather than clicking line by line, you will want to utilize our Auto-Complete feature.

I have checked the default settings on your account and found that everything is already setup to have the items marked as accepted when using auto-complete.

All you will have to do is select Next Steps -> Auto-Complete -> Certified Vendor POA. This will create a POA with all items marked as Accepted, and will save it to your Drafts folder.

For a more detailed explanation of Auto-Complete please view our video here:

There must be some way to do a Grainger POA order by order rather than line by line. When you receive 10 orders at a time and each order has 10 line items this is very time consuming and very cumbersome. Please let me know if we are missing something.
