Hi Annie! After a review of the document that failed in our system, it appears as though the Requested Ship Date on the Order tab of this ASN is entered as "05/07/2013424." The system does not recognize this as a valid date.

You can can correct this by locating the document in your Sent folder, clicking Next Steps, and selecting Edit for Resend. I recommend using the drop-down calendar when selecting dates on your forms.

i did exactly what you said but it does not work... the system does not let me re-send the document

I see that ASN ID# 172310 is now saved in your Drafts folder and it still has the Requested Ship Date as "05/07/2013424." Have you tried editing and sending this draft?
