We received the following error notice with SPS and can you please advise how we correct this? We have been using SPS to process these for many years and haven't made any changes so unsure why we receive this error. We received about 12 this morning.

Any time an error notes "Missing Element," that means there was something in the data you sent to SPS: in this case, a Pack level, MarksandNumbers repetition, an ST (ship to) address, and a PO record. You will need to ensure this information is sent per your retailer's specifications and re-send.
