Greetings!

I'm contacting you on behalf of Tyson Pet Products. We have an issue with an invoice 20453187 that we are trying to send to Pet Supplies Plus (PO 0020P0005007). It failed 3 times due "Unable to find lineSequenceNumber for item..." I've tried to modify IT1_01 many times but i'm still seeing the same error coming to us. Could you please help us to understand what is wrong with this invoice? let me know if you need any further information.

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

I looked into this case and will be sending you the information from there as well, but here is what is going on with these invoices:

You are imputing the IT1_01, however you are starting with 2. 

In the previous successful invoices: if it is the first repetition, you have been leaving it blank, and then add the numbers after that.  However, for these invoices, you are adding the 2 in the first repetition.

You are going to need to start with 1 and then go to 2 for the next one, or you can try leaving the first repetition blank and then starting with 2 after that.  I can not say for sure which one Pet Supplies will want.

If you have any further questions, please reply to the email I sent you off the case and we can work on the case from there.

Hi Katrina!

Thanks for the response; I've sent 3 times the invoice with multiple options for the IT1_01, the first one without IT1_01 failed. the second one, I sent the PO line item (the first item was cancelled by PetSuppliesPlus), that is why I started with 2, and it failed as well. the third one was sent with consecutive line item numbers (1,2) and it failed again. That is why my last resource was contacting SPS Support.

Are you modifying the same PO each time or starting from scratch each time?  I'm wondering if there is something that was corrupted in the data for that PO and you need to start from scratch and try building a new one.  You have sent over many successful ones in the past.  This is really odd.

Also- did you receive my email from the case you created?  If you are not seeing it, do a search in your email system for the case number and it should pop up.  Sometimes they are routed to the junk box and you do need to search for them.

I can't relate to your specific problem but I am having many similar problems with my integration that SPS cannot seem to resolve and I am only in my first 3 weeks!  Can I call you or will you call me for guidance on how you have gotten this far in your implementation?  I cannot afford to go much longer paying for NO RESULTS.  I am the Owner my small company and my name is Bob...214-352-4690

The process was flawless and easy to follow thru however software is the key to the program, internet explorer ( what version?) works and chrome or mozilla or any other does not allow for completion of the electronic invoice, I receive Java Script error messages when not using IE.

I hope my issue will be resolved by Tuesday at Gallo Wine NJ, the invoices are piling up.
