Document Not Received

Are you looking for a document that your Trading Partner has sent, yet you have not received?  If so, please have the below information ready prior to contacting SPS Commerce for the quickest resolution.  By gathering as many of the "optional" details as possible, we will be able to provide a quicker resolution.

Mandatory Details:
  • Document Identifier (ie. PO Number)
  • Date of Transmission
  • Name of Trading Partner
Recommended Details:
  • Past Successful Document Received (ie. PO previously received)
  • Timestamp of Transmission
  • Username (if applicable)
  • Document Type (ie. PO, Remittance Advice, etc)

With the information above, we will be able to search our system in a thorough manner.  Oftentimes the document has not reached our system, thus we will not be able to locate it.  If your Trading Partner is able to provide you with a 997 (Acknowledgement), we should find it in our system.  If it is not in our system, we will need your Trading Partner to resend the document as it may not transmit successfully.
