Document Encountered NetSuite Error: Invalid NetSuite account login credentials

It seems like we accidentally disabled the original employee's log in that was tied to SPS integration, now the documents are not coming in from SPS and we keep receiving this message.

We since re-activated the same account, however password had to be reset, and we've still been getting this message.

Does this mean SPS needs a fixed NetSuite account name and password? Is there a convenient way for us to maintain any account or password changes in the future?

Invalid NetSuite account login credentials for EDF

Thank you for contacting the Support Center! In regards to the above, since your password has been reset, yes, we would have to update this on our end.

Though as a step moving forward, we are moving customers over to a different version of signing in that would increase security and make it so resetting a password would not cause this issue. I will send you an email highlighting these steps.
