Do new ship to locations have to be setup in your system to receive orders from SPS?

I am having trouble receiving 4 POs from EDI.  The orders are from new locations that haven't previously being serviced.  Do those locations need to be setup in SPS so that I can receive those orders?

Thank you for contacting SPS Commerce Support Center. Are these orders not being transported into your backend integrated system or your in house EDI system? If they are failing to transport into your integrated system, then you will want to contact our integrated fulfillment team at fiservices@spscommerce.com. If it is failing to transport into your in house EDI system, then you will want to contact our retail support team at retailservices@spscommerce.com.

If these orders are supposed to be coming into your WebForms account, then your trading partner will need to ensure that they are transmitting these documents using the same sender/receiver IDs that they have used for all previously successful orders. If they need to send using different sender/receiver IDs than the other previously successful orders, then that will require a new set up which will go through our client services department. They can be reached at 888-739-3232 option 5. Please feel free to contact me if you have any other questions.

The orders are failing to transmit into my backend integrated system.  Should I know the sender/receiver ID for the other orders or is that information that they should have?

Thank you for the response, Uneca.  A final question for you would be who is the retailer in this case?  I see you have a case open with Shaquille currently and I have sifted through that case to get some additional information as well.

In response to your question, at this point it is not necessary you know the sender/receiver ID :)
